Frank Lowenstein, New England Forestry Foundation’s Deputy Director,  will present  a program  about William “Billy” Wharton, his conservation work in Groton, and his connection to NEFF on April 4th at 7 pm at the Groton Public Library. This is our collaboration with Groton Read’s book, The Big Burn.
